November in Tokyo is usually mild and dry. Daytime temperatures range from 50-64°F (10-18°C). Nighttime temperatures can drop to around 41°F (5°C).

November is the best time to see maple leaves turn color in Japan. Kyoto, Tokyo, and the Mount Fuji area are great spots to enjoy the fall colors.

About Tokyo - The Ginza District

The Ginza (銀座) is Tokyo's most famous upmarket shopping, dining and entertainment district, featuring numerous department stores, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, night clubs and cafes.

Ginza is where you can find the infamous $10 cups of coffee and where virtually every leading brand name in fashion and cosmetics has a presence.

More about this premiere shopping district.

Restaurants and culinaire belevenissen

Ginza area has some of the nicest restaurants in Tokyo.
Timeout.com - best restaurants in Ginza
Byfood.com - where to eat in Ginza

Please note: Japan is not exactly vegetarian friendly and it is very difficult to find anything halal. Also there are not many restaurants / cafes that cater to gluten free meals.

There are two department stores close to the venue and they have a good variety of take out:
